HEALTH AND SAFETY:  A fire extinguisher, blanket and first-aid kit is contained in the kitchen cupboard above the microwave.

PETS: Not allowed due to periodic proximity of livestock adjacent to Hut.

KEYS:  Upon departure, please leave the key in the door.

SMOKING or VAPING:  Not allowed inside the Hut.

TOWELS:  Kindly gather and place used towels in the shower base.

CLEANING and CARE:  Please leave the Hut as you found it, in a tidy condition.  Any damage or breakages must be reported and accounted for.

ELECTRIC SOCKETS, LIGHTS and HEATING:  Before departure, please ensure these are switched to the OFF position.

HOT TUB:  Please follow the verbal and printed Instructions when using the log fired Hot Tub, paying close attention to not overheating the stove, which will cause damage. Any damage caused must be accounted for.

FIRE PIT:  For safety reasons, please ensure the fire is completed dowsed and out before walking away.

QUIET HOURS:  22.00 - 08.00 - Parties or loud music are not allowed at any time.

PHOTOGRAPHY:  Commercial photography and filming is strictly not allowed.
